If you're thinking of spending good money on suppliments, training equipement or any other products to help you get stronger, then I'm relieved that you found your way here. The results of our recent review will save you from wasting your money, your time and most likely risking your health.
Hello, my name is Aaron Perry and if you are not already a regular subscriber and you haven't heard about my much publicised Strength & Power Product Test, let me bring you up to speed... and then I'll share with you the conclusive results proving a program called Combat Core Strength is a Stand Out Champion amongst all of the Muscle and Strength Training Products currently available right now.
Firstly, Which Way Is Best?
It is obvious to anyone that looks at magazines or has searched on the internet that there are literally thousands of different strength experts all claiming to be the best. Most people jump from one routine to the next trying to find the one that suits them best. The sad reality is most people are putting their health at risk by experimenting with suppliments and following hardcore training routines designed by bodybuilders who care more about appearence than they do about actual strength. for the average guy their advice is dangerous and medically unsound.
I have to admit that I'm no different. I was generally pretty healthy but I bought the bodybuilding mags and tried to follow the pros. All those hours at the gym and my back problems never improved. I was eating a heap of protein and taking suppliment like creatine and glutamine. I got bigger but also looked fatter and the strength I gained was isolated, meaning no good for fighting. I knew that making excuses wasn't solving the problem and I went searching for some guidance to get me back on track...
I wasted my money on a string of different products that promissed the world but only offered the same old advice or some outlandish and dangerous training habits that I wasn't desperate enough to ever risk actually trying. Eventually I did find a couple of programs that gave me success. One in particular that helped me lose gain real core strength and also improved my speed for fighting, unlike traditional weight training that slowed my reflexes.
For this Strength & Power Product Comparison we reviewed 12 of the most popular programs available and interviewed fighters that had tried them to hear their results.
As feared many of them were a waste of time and money containing dodgy re-hashed old information from other popular but useless regimes of the past.
So What Did We Uncover?
To be fair we have included an overview of the two programs that most consistently achieved the best muscle and strength gains for everyone we interviewed. It is important to note that both programs are produced by Experts in their field.
Please read both reviews before making your decision... and be sure to read the conclusion at the end to find out which one is most suitable for you...
Review #9: Results Revealed in Our
Strength & Power Training Info Comparison...
Strength & Power
Training Info Product Review
As I have already mentioned, Combat Core Strength worked best for me and it showed excellent results for other martial artists as well.
The Focus on this program is build functional core strength through unbalanced weight training.
It also exposes the Myth that you need to be big to be strong.
This powerful program is not too complicated to get your head around. It reveals the most effective rules for quick and healthy strength development, and how to make your weight training work with your fighting style. By training with odd shaped objects outside of the gym you can build strength and speed at the same time..
What do YOU get?
The Combat Core Strength system will show you new ways to approach your strength training and covers the basics for safety then shows some extreme training methods for serious fighters.
The high success rate of this system is due to the variety of training options and the focus on preparing your body for the complex strength movements needed for the reality of fighting.
What results can YOU expect?
Personally I have less back pain and have noticed an increase in functional strength when wrestling/grappling. I haven't tried all of the training methods yet as they haven given enough info to keep me going for years without getting into a boring routine.
... and you can see the conclusions below.
No Nonsense Muscle Building...
This program is the best I have come across for Muscle Building, ie packing on size/mass. If you are currently undersized and feeling at a disadvantage against the bigger guys in your fight club then this is a great way to add some weight. The body building principles are solid will give you a well proportioned physique to attract the girls or possibly intimidate the idiots at your local pub.
What do YOU get?
The No-Nonsense Muscle Building Kit covers all the bases. It explains how to build muscle quickly with a thorough plan from Begginer to Intremadiate to Advance Weight Training Programs. It also covers your meal plans and has some great DVD's to explain everything clearly.
What results can YOU expect?
You will definately gain muscle if you stick to the program. I feel this is a great package for the beginer that wants to add size quickly but realise that the focus is on building size which is great for the skinny guys but it doesn't focus as seriously on developing core strength and muscle density as the techniques in Combat Core.
... and you can see the conclusions below.
I'm not going to knock No-Nonsense Muscle Building because I also feel that it is a great package of Info but Combat Core Strength is designed for Functional Strength which is what we need as fighters.
Isolated muscle training is great for bodybuilding but no good for reality of fighting. Combat Core focuses on Complex movements that strain all muscle groups and gets them working together to develop explosive power and speed. You'll learn how to build jaw breaking hooks, bone crushing tackles and throw the big guys around like rag dolls.
The Diesel Crew are a serious bunch of guys and I highly recommend this product as a must have for any Martial Artist/Grappler/Wrestler... . There is no bull shit padding in the info, they cut to the chase and show how to build real core strength that will frighten your opponent more than fancy puffed up muscles.
